Program Overview

Delayed Flight: passengers whose flights have arrived at their final destination over 3 hours late are entitled to compensation.

Cancelled Flight: Passengers must be informed of cancellations at least 14 days in advance to be eligible for compensation. Additionally, they may also be entitled to a ticket refund for the cancelled flight.

Overbooked Flight: Passengers denied boarding due to overbooking are entitled to compensation.

EU Flight Disruptions:

• Flights departing from any EU country to any destination worldwide.
• Flights arriving in the EU operated by an EU airline.
• Flights operated by an EU-registered carrier landing in an EU airport.

Compensation Tiers Based on Flight Distance:

• Up to 1500 km: EUR 125
• From 1500 km to 3500 km: EUR 200
• Over 3500 km: EUR 300
